Our Online Service
When the editing process has been completed and you are happy with the final film, you will receive a fully accessible DVD.
Once the DVD has been approved you can choose to have parts or all of the film put online.
The film will be placed in your own secure customer area. You will be given login and password details, which can then be administered and distributed by yourself or by a designated 'customer administrator' to people who you want to see the film.
Other clients of Chatbox will not be able to access your own customer area.
Chatbox will host the film for free, however, the film will need to be converted to allow for it to play on the internet. To have your film converted there is a one off charge of £95.
If you require a customised header at the top of the page with your own logo and branding and a customised menu in the left hand column, then we will create this for you at a cost of £35. Below is an example of a customised header. The standard Chatbox header (see top of page) will be used if you do not require this service
Host a Video on Your Own Website
To host a Chatbox video on your own website is very simple.
Firstly, you will need to contact Chatbox to let us know which video you would like to host on your site.
Charging is on a pay per view basis. A minimum fee of £20 will allow the video to be watched 150 times. That's 13p/view.
Branding
At present your video will have the Aquaman branding. You can choose to keep this, or for an extra £5/150views, the Aquaman branding will be removed and either replaced with branding of your own choice, or you can choose to leave it blank.
Placing the Code for the Video on your Website
Once you have decided how you want your video to appear, we will email you with the necessary code, which can then be placed anywhere in your webpage. You may need to contact your site's webmaster to do this.
Payment
If you wish to go ahead with any of the above an invoice will be raised. Payment can be made by cheque or BACS, details will be issued on request. Payment must have been received before work can commence.
